We design spaces that seamlessly accommodate all the equipment our customers require. With deep expertise in optimizing flow throughout both the front and back of the house, we ensure every piece of equipment is carefully selected the first time—meeting both current demands and future growth.


Delivery

Our experienced delivery team transports equipment throughout New England and places it on-site, ready for installation by plumbing and electrical contractors. We also offer nationwide shipping via UPS and common carriers to ensure timely delivery across the United States.


 General Information

Warranty Policy

Gillette Restaurant Equipment offers a 60-day parts and labor warranty on all used/reconditioned equipment, the warranty begins on the date of delivery or pick up.

Warranty is voided if:

Any other service company works on a piece without prior authorization from Gillette Restaurant Equipment.
The equipment has not been properly connected by a licensed plumber or electrician which has led to damage of the piece.

Delivery Information

Gillette Truck Delivery (Massachusetts & surrounding states) includes:

Delivery
Assembly
Setting equipment in place
Leveling
Made ready for final mechanical connections that are the responsibility of the customer

Delivery fees are mileage and/ or labor based. Delivery is to ground floor level (no steps, no stairs) otherwise subject to additional fees.

Common Carrier/LTL Truck Delivery includes:

Drop shipment - customer is responsible for taking equipment off of common carrier truck and bringing into their building.

Liftgate is available at an additional charge & needs to be noted prior to shipment booking.

Billing Information

A 50% deposit is required to:

-Order a new piece of equipment that is not in stock (nonrefundable).
-Hold a new piece of equipment that is in stock.
-Hold a used/reconditioned piece of equipment.

The balance is due prior to scheduling delivery.
