The Duke AHPO-6/18 Proofer Oven was developed for the need of consistent and uniform baking capabilities which provides high quality. The Duke Proofer Oven utilizes Duke's unique directional convection airflow technology that provides even heat distribution and a uniform bake without the need for turning pans during the bake cycle. This enhances the quality and consistency of baked products while reducing food waste/scrap and simplifying operating procedures. Low-profile oven won't block view of menu boards and will easily roll through a standard height door. Oven & proofer doors are field reversible with a drip channel to prevent water dripping on the floor. Full width doors on the oven and proofer help display and merchandise fresh baked goods. Lighted interiors merchandise freshly baked goods to customers. Accepts standard 1/2 size or full size sheet pans. 60 minute timer per section. 200°F - 450°F oven thermostat. Casters provide easy transportation of the unit. 208v/3ph.
